These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of learnarabic08.com (the "Website") operated by LEARN ARABIC LLC("Learn Arabic", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the Website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or make any purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Website. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Services

We provide digital books, downloadable resources, audio files, online video courses, live 1-on-1 classes, and related educational services ("Products"). Product descriptions and pricing are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices for Products are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payment via PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and bank transfer (GBP, EUR, AED), depending on availability in your region.
• Orders paid by bank transfer are placed in pending review status until we verify your payment, which typically takes up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email once your order is approved and access to your Products is unlocked.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the proof of payment you upload is clear, accurate, and matches the order total. Digital access may be granted immediately after successful PayPal payment.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Once access to a product or a download link is provided to you, the product is deemed delivered. You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible hardware, software, and internet access to use the products. Failure to access a product due to your own technical environment does not constitute non-delivery.

6. Device Compatibility

Our products are designed to work across supported devices; however, interfaces and certain features may differ between desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Differences in interface layout or navigation do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation where equivalent functionality exists across devices.

7. Technical Support

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product, we may provide assistance through email, WhatsApp, written instructions, screenshots, video demonstrations, or live support sessions. You agree to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps before requesting a refund. Refusal to participate in reasonable technical support does not create an entitlement to a refund.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our Products are digital in nature, the following refund policy applies:

• Digital books and downloadable resources: Once a book or resource has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where the file is materially defective or materially different from its description and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable technical support. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Video courses: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, before substantial progress has been made, may be granted at our discretion. Contact us with your order number to request a review.
• Live sessions:You may reschedule or cancel a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions, may not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Pending-review orders: If your payment cannot be verified, your order may be cancelled and any funds returned via the original payment method where applicable.

Refunds will not be granted because:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You no longer need the product.
• You prefer a different device or platform.
• A feature is presented differently on desktop and mobile while equivalent functionality exists.
• You decline or refuse to engage with reasonable technical support offered by our team.
• You fail to follow the provided instructions for accessing or downloading the product.

9. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use only. This licence does not transfer ownership of any content.

10. Intellectual Property

The Website and all its original content — including courses, books, videos, audio, graphics, logos, curriculum, trademarks, and the LearnArabic name and brand — are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Egypt and other countries. When you purchase a Product, you may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Product or content;
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or share your account or purchased Products with others;
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy content from the Website.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website:

• In any way that violates applicable national or international law or regulation;
• To impersonate the Company, any employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
• To upload malicious software or interfere with the Website or other users;
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected databases.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us at courses@learnarabic08.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity (at least 5 business days) to resolve the issue directly.

We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including download logs, access records, IP addresses, and customer communications. We reserve the right to provide this information to payment providers, card networks, and relevant authorities to contest fraudulent or inaccurate chargeback claims. Initiating a chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessed may be treated as fraud.

13. Live Sessions and Teachers

Live sessions are facilitated by independent native-speaking teachers through our platform. While we carefully select and review our teachers, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Please treat teachers and staff with respect — abusive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain records where we have a legal or contractual obligation to do so (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

15. Links to Other Websites

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
